That was just 35 years ago, I was 17 and he was 2 years younger, I'm surprised his career ever recovered!!

Debut: 2006 vs Peppard I took a wicket with my 1st ball for the club Nick name: Wally, Peg, Jake, Tanthorr.... Batting: RH bat - likes going over the top and Morkeling them! Bowling: Right handed Drivvle-Drovvle, all over the place. Fielding: The paws field in close, real close. Likes to keep wicket sometimes when Ginge is having a rest. Best Crix moment: 1st. Opening the batting with Ginger for the 1st time and sending the pies flying 4.6.4. 2nd. Skipper Rest of the World vs England and STUFFED them. Worst Crix moment- 4 seasons batting 11 for Liphook & Ripsley IV. DIE - JOHN STRONG!! Favourite Tipple - Tall Horse Wines - Wild with Flavour!! Best cricketing moment; the 19 not out against Pinkneys, the fact that it helped steer the side home (with the skipper) when we were wobbling was an amazing feeling and was my first proper contribution to the team

BEST CRICKETING MOMENT: Playing in the rain chasing 220 odd against Compton and getting the needed runs even though it was wet, cold and the sun had gone down...
